Description

Prevailance is seeking experienced, mission-focused professionals to support Commander, U.S. Fleet Forces Command N8 / N9 as Program Analysts, specializing in at least one of the following US Naval areas: Warfare; Capabilities; Analytic Studies; Disruptive Capabilities.

Requirements

At least one of the following:

• Ten (10) years of experience as a technical lead and subject matter expert across multiple warfare domains 
• Ten (10) years of experience as a future capabilities analyst supporting warfare assessment and development 
• Eight (8) years of experience as an analyst on technology programs and projects
• Six (6) years of experience as a technical lead or strategic planner on future technology programs and projects with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, OR Management Information Systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Navy doctrine and policy for multiple warfare domains
• Experience in developing, collecting and analyzing data received from naval exercises
• Experience conducting fleet operations analysis/assessment to identify warfighting gaps
• Experience handling multiple priorities and interruptions with minimal impact on productivity/deliverables
• Experience adapting to a fast-paced, team-based environment and managing or leading team performance
• Experience in analyzing information obtained from management to conceptualize and define operational problems
• Experience in performing validation and testing of models to ensure adequacy and reformulate models as necessary

Required Experience

• Previous military experience and experience working with Echelon I and / or Echelon II (2) military commands
• Experience in strategic planning, planning naval exercises across multiple warfare domains, and developing military courses of action (COA)
• Experience with advanced naval technology products and deliverables
• Public speaker and presentation skills
• Prior Team Lead or Project Leader

Desired

• Experience with Navy/Joint military operations, policy, doctrine and systems
• General understanding of DOTMLPF-P metrics to assess future capabilities
• Developing relevant tactical/operational scenarios to assess capabilities across multiple warfare domains

Education

Bachelor’s degree, OR equivalent experience required

Equivalent experience to a Bachelor’s degree is two (2) additional years beyond eight (8) years of experience required. 

Security Clearance

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance

Some specialties may require a Top Secret / SCI
