Overview
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise
- Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications
- Provide regular updates and reports to project stakeholders on project status

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent overseeing multiple projects
- Strong knowledge of construction management processes, procedures, and best practices
- Proficiency in construction software such as ProCore, Primavera, and Prolog
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and requirements for construction sites
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and blueprints
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
- Solid understanding of budgeting and cost control principles in construction projects
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
