Minimum Qualifications:

· 7 Years Experience as a Commercial construction Foreman or Site Superintendent

· At least 3 Years as a commercial Construction Site Superintendent

· Experience overseeing all foreman and laborers onsite

· Construction Experience with projects over $10m in Size

· Experience with Both Ground up Construction and Large-Scale Interior Fit outs

· Excellent Computer Skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)

· Proficient with Procore Project Management Software

· Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills

· Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skill

· Strong Attention to Detail

· Ability to handle large volumes of work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

· Experience with both Union and Nonunion Construction

· OSHA 30 Certification

Job Description:

The Superintendent provides overall leadership for on-site field management and administration as it relates to the onsite construction process in planning, coordination, and execution of work on time and within budget. Position includes direct supervision of project superintendent, foreman, subcontractors, and other construction related personnel in planning, coordination, and execution of work on time along with direct coordination with clients, design team members, 3rd party consultants, etc. Position leads in the establishment of the project parameters as it relates to the onsite work while maintaining a safe workplace, enforcing quality control, enhancing client relationships, and promoting the company image.

· Adhere to company’s safety programs, trainings, and policies, as well as promote and manage the Safety & Health performance of project team members and subcontractors.

· Provide Detailed Daily Reports to Project Manager

· Manages and Oversees Foreman and Laborers supplied by MMB for a given project

· Manages and Oversee all Trade Foreman

· Lead in Weekly Toolbox Talks with Trade Foreman

· Meet daily with Project Manager to discuss all ongoing work and future plans

· Work with Project Manager to create 2-week lookahead on a weekly basis to be presented to

· Provide direction and participate in project planning and scheduling

· Participate in risk review process.

· Responsible for facilitating project cost reporting, scheduling, work breakdown structure establishment, project set-up and closeout, and field progress tracking specific to construction and construction related activities or program level activities as required.

· Coordinate and facilitate client, supplier and company commissioning and startup teams as needed.

· Work to create project schedule with leaders

· Required to be onsite from at least 15 minutes before manpower shows up to 15 minutes after manpower leaves

· Normal Working Hour Expectations to be from 6:30am-3:30pm or 7:30am-4:30pm depending on job scheduling requirements

· Overtime may be required depending on job requirements

· Daily meeting with MMB Foreman onsite to ensure all tasks required are completed in a timely and orderly fashion
