Job Description:
Everlights is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis. As a Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for various sales positions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully recruiting business-to-consumer (B2C) sales professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their sales staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for sales roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the interview process.
- Manage candidate relationships and provide regular communication and updates throughout recruitment.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
- Work closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Track and report recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Recruiter or in a similar role, focusing on placing Business to Consumer (B2C) candidates.
- Strong understanding of sales roles and the ability to assess candidates' sales skills and potential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport and establishing relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in using recruiting software and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
