About the role and about You:

Zwift is looking for a Workday Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will work with our enterprise applications delivery team to support our Workday business stakeholders. You will work directly with our People team and other Workday team members to support day to day operations and general configuration / administration for our Workday implementation.

What you'll do:

Assist with implementation, administration, and configuration of Workday modules (Core HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Time and Absence)
Assist in deploying new features and updates to configuration, testing, change control, documentation and maintenance activities of the Workday tenants
Maintain and configure security across Workday tenants based on direction from the People team
Develop standard and custom reports to support business needs, maintain data integrity, support regulatory reporting, and enable executive decision-making based on requirements from the People team
Provide regular Workday support to the People team through frequent auditing and running custom reports/dashboards. Audits include job profiles, census, org structures, etc
Create and maintain Workday job aids/guides for the business
Support day to day Workday business operations

What you'll have:

2 years of experience implementing, customizing, or administering Workday
Good understanding of Workday security model, business process configuration, organizational structures, and module functionality
Experience with creation of advanced calculation fields and advanced reporting in Workday and manipulating large data sets
Experience working within a structured development lifecycle with a thorough understanding of the different phases therein
Strong written / oral communication skills along with the desire and ability to communicate with business leaders at all levels of the organization
Experience working directly with HR / People teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Curiosity of new technology and a love of process improvement and data; interest in driving administrative efficiency
Attention to detail

The base salary for this position ranges between $73,400.00 - $99,000.00. The base salary will be based on a number of factors including the role offered, the individual's job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
