Compensation Package
- $42,500/year with increase to $45,000 pending performance review within 6 months
- Up to $7200 in annual bonus earning opportunities
- Company 401k with employer match after 12 months
- $50 monthly wellness stipend (untaxed)

Overview
The General Manager, through their capable team, oversees the success of the store. When it comes to this store, the buck stops with them. The General Manager is to ensure complete customer satisfaction through the fulfillment of beautifully-crafted, quickly-made, delicious smoothie bowls, but such a positive impression on the customer that they are driven to return to Whole Sol. In two words, customer retention is the heart & soul of the position, and the ultimate sign of success.
Responsibilities
The General Manager, through their capable team, oversees the success of the store. When it comes to this store, the buck stops with them. The General Manager is to ensure complete customer satisfaction through the fulfillment of beautifully-crafted, quickly-made, delicious smoothie bowls, but such a positive impression on the customer that they are driven to return to Whole Sol. Responsibilities
- Oversee staff of Whole Sol's new location - Fort Collins - & implement effective schedule to meet sales volume, while remaining at labor goals as a percentage of sales
- Most effective ways to achieve this goal: proper scheduling & forecasting based on expected sales volume, ensuring staff clock-outs on time, cutting staff during inclement/slow sales, increasing upsells for juice, coffee & to-go items
- Achieve Failure Rate metrics & generate inspiring & memorable customer moments, experiences that create positive Yelp and Google Reviews
- Oversee Whole Sol Training Program to onboard employees for success and to meet Whole Sol standards, with a goal of happy employees to maximize retention
- Create a culture of positivity, health and wellness among team, including organizing staff events
- Oversee completion of Fort Collins Team’s onboarding documents & employee handbook
- Oversee the overall production of timely, beautiful/“IG-Worthy”, delicious bowls & dishes
- Oversee Fort Collins Team’s success, as noted in the duties outlined in the Team Member Welcome & Guide, and Employee Handbook
- Responsible for updated Employee Training Materials & Onboarding Documents
- Serve as the point person for all employee schedule request changes, and resolve scheduling conflicts/shortages
- Lead operational changes, processes, improvements that benefit Customer & Staff for improved service quality
- Serve as primary point person for customer complaints & resolve to complete satisfaction
- Assist in various operational initiatives & events as needed
- The General Manager serves as a Mentor for Whole Sol. The GM will be assigned new hires to onboard & see their success
Job Skills and Qualifications
- Previous management experience, 2 years required
- Passionate about and knowledgeable of health food and sustainable food systems
- Lives the part: interested in and committed to living a healthy, positive lifestyle
- Team player and enthusiastic about helping others live happy, healthy lives
- Able to handle working in a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused environment
- Able to stand for long periods of time with a smile and friendly attitude\
- Previous food service experience (preferred)
- Previous customer service experience (preferred)
- Servsafe certification (preferred)
