Visit with new parents in their homes weekly, focusing on parent-child interaction, child development, and family function.

Healthy Families is a free voluntary strength-based program of home-based services for families in order to create an environment in which all children and families have the opportunity to reach their highest potential.

***Requirements***

* Visit with new parents in their homes weekly

* Focus on parent-child interaction, child development, and family function

* Ability to provide crisis intervention and linkage to community resources

* Demonstrate good interpersonal skills

* Demonstrate good written communication skills

* Some college, and a degree is preferred

* Have experience working with children and families

* Ability to work a flexible schedule. (No nights or weekends.)

* Reliable transportation

* Will need to pass background checks
