What You'll Do:

• Be a guide and cheerleader: Lead small groups in diverse activities like volunteer work, job training, and social skills development, all tailored to individual aspirations.

• Bridge the gap to employment: Develop essential work-related skills, address identified barriers, and celebrate milestones on the path to meaningful employment.

Qualifications:

• 2 years' experience assisting people with disabilities or social service experience
  (Entry-Level at $18/hour!)
• 1 year of experience in a relevant field (preferred)
• Valid CA driver's license & reliable car (required)
• Strong communication skills
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
