Calling All Compassionate Drivers: Do you have a passion for helping others and enjoy being on the road? Are you looking for a job that makes a real difference in people's lives? Do you have a California Driver's License? (Only a Class C is needed!)
If so, we're seeking a part-time Shuttle Bus Driver to join our team in Antioch! You'll play a vital role in providing safe and reliable transportation for adults with developmental disabilities, supporting them to reach their day programs and return home with smiles.
What you'll do:
- Transport clients individually or in small groups using our comfortable shuttle bus.
- Assist with boarding and disembarking, ensuring everyone's safety and comfort.
- Create a positive and supportive atmosphere for your passengers.
- Maintain accurate documentation of your trips.
- Keep the bus clean and ensure basic functionality.
What we're looking for:
- A genuine caring heart and a desire to make a positive impact.
- A California Driver's License (Class C) and a safe driving record.
- At least one year of verifiable driving experience.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people of diverse backgrounds.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible - split shifts are required.
- A bonus: Experience with vehicle maintenance and securing wheelchairs.

Position: Bus Driver for Adults with Disabilities
Location: Antioch, CA
Hours: Monday-Friday (20 hours/week)
Part time - Split Shift... Hours include:
- 7:30am – 9:30am and
- 2:30pm – 4:30pm
Benefits:
