Tulnoy Lumber is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative

Chelsea Forest Products / Tulnoy Lumber is looking to hire an inside sales person to service New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts customers

We are looking to hire Inside Sales person for our successful 90 year old 85 employee family owned Lumber and plywood distribution business.

The inside sales position entails answering incoming sales calls from customers and prospects. The position also entails making outgoing calls to prospects and existing customers. The inside sales person will quote prices, negotiate orders, accept orders, enter orders and perform related customer service tasks as needed. Occasionally the sales person will purchase items to support orders.

Compensation is salary with a discretionary bonus based on performance. Commissions are paid for new accounts opened and business written during the first year together.

Company inside sales people earn between $55,000 and $85,000. Our commission arrangement is open ended with no limitation on new account commissions paid. If you are capable and willing to work for it, you can succeed and be rewarded accordingly.

The inside sales position will be based from our Bronx, NY office The inside sales position will service existing customer via phone and email in partnership with our field sales team. Field sales people will support your prospecting work. You will work at a team. There is no travel. We work Monday through Friday and a forty-hour week.

Chelsea Forest Products. We are a financially secure family-owned distributor with three distribution yards and a significant multimillion dollar inventory. We service accounts from Boston to Philadelphia including metropolitan New York and Long Island. We operate three branch locations: Bronx, NY; Dayton, NJ; and Wappingers Falls, NY. We deliver materials from our 25-vehicle fleet. We operate three rail sidings. The current owners are third generation and the 4th generation is active in the business.
