Responsibilities

• Supervise business staff and business support services which include front desk, phone center and Records/Referrals in both our Waynesboro and Verona offices
• Work closely with the leadership team in each location
• Create and coordinate schedules for business staff in both offices.
• Coordinate policies and practices to maintain compliance with HIPAA.
• Capability to learn and train staff on processes and procedures.
• Adaptable to changing workflow and procedures.
• Though supervisory in nature, the position will regularly still include hands on responsibilities in a pediatric outpatient setting, including:
  • Front Desk
  • Call Center
  • Records and Referrals

Qualifications Relevant Management Experience Required 

• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to deal with staff, patients and family in a respectful, warm way
• Must be able to work together as a team with the administrator and managing partner to collaborate on strategies and problem solving
• Must demonstrate good judgment and decision-making skills
• Must demonstrate resilience in emotionally difficult situations
• Must have proficient computer skills

Hours are Monday – Friday 8 - 5:00, One Saturday a month 8:30 am – 12:00 pm (Paid double-time for Saturdays)
