POSITION SUMMARY:
Looking for a Product Manager seeking a fun, fast-paced life of developing and building upon a suite of proven technical solutions to our customers problems. Needs to be confident and able to guide cross-functional teams to create products that improve the customer experience and help us grow! The position will include travel to customer sites and provide amazing opportunities to introduce new products, gather feedback on existing products, and drive innovation to grow the suite of solutions offered by Tri Tool Technologies. With limited supervision, the Product Manager is responsible for developing custom equipment concepts, writing technical proposals, creating quotes and interfacing with Tri Tool’s customers. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and have a veracious drive for learning and professional growth. This is a full-time position within the engineering department and is based at the Headquarters in Rancho Cordova, CA.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds without assistance; Lifting/Moving anything over 50 pounds must be assisted. Must be able to wear safety equipment as required for personal protection. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and/or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit; stand; stoop; squat; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Must be able to safely use hand tools, power tools, and engineering product. Must be able to use office equipment such as computers, multi-line phones, scanners, copiers, and paper cutters.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is primarily conducted in a semi-private office/cubicle setting but also may require off site field work. The noise level is mild in the office. Occasional travel to other company facilities or client locations required.
Duties may require interaction or work in a shop/plant atmosphere. The production or shop/plant environment may have a moderate to loud noise level and requires use of Personal Protective Equipment.
Interaction with other employees, as well as supervisors, and client personnel. Employees may be required to work in excess of 8 hours in a day and/or 40 hours per week.
