As the Restaurant Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise restaurant staff
- Ensure smooth operation of all restaurant activities during assigned shifts

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Train new employees on restaurant procedures and policies
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving restaurant performance

Skills:
- Previous experience in the hotel, restaurant, or food industry is required
- Excellent food preparation skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with hospitality management software is a plus
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
