Candidate requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Engineering preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and have the ability to quickly obtain a working knowledge of estimating software
- Effective in written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to identify project impacting critical issues and challenges
- Able to negotiate with and manage sub-contractors and vendors
- Able to understand construction drawings and bid process
