Tiber Health, Public Benefit is Hiring a Partner Success Manager Near St. Louis, MO

Tiber Health Innovation (THI) is a leader in educational technology for health sciences, including a suite of predictive tools that support the student lifecycle. THI works closely with Ponce Health Sciences University (PHSU), which has 15 health education programs including an LCME accredited medical school with campuses in St. Louis, MO and Ponce, PR. THI and PHSU together create an innovative, scalable health education platform with predictive capabilities. THI has developed a network of university partners across the country that deliver the PHSU Master of Science in Medical Sciences (MSMS) program. This network of universities is helping to increase access to health careers for students across the country.

THI is seeking an experienced, customer-focused professional to support THI/PHSU’s university partners across the country. Candidates with experience working in higher education, especially enrollment & admissions, are strongly encouraged to apply. This position is located in St. Louis, MO and will be required to work on campus 3 days a week to collaborate & coordinate with the THI/PHSU team.

General Responsibilities

  • Serve as point-of-contact for university partners' staff, program directors, etc.
  • Ensure that university partners’ issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Coordinate & lead bi-weekly meetings with university partners' staff
  • Communicate with internal THI/PHSU teams to troubleshoot/fix issues
  • Work as a project manager by making sure tasks (academic & business) are followed up on
  • Lead process for new partners to launch the MSMS program
  • For new partners or new faculty, work with partners’ HR staff to "hire" faculty as adjuncts
  • Update Salesforce with details about university partner students/alumni, including projected number of students starting a semester
  • Support partners' enrollment efforts in multiple ways, including coordinating virtual & in-person MSMS info events at nearby universities
  • Collaborate with internal marketing personnel and partners' marketing teams to execute campaigns and increase awareness about MSMS as a pathway to healthcare careers
  • Work with university partners to gather data about student outcomes after graduating
  • Oversee the process of renewals for MSMS univ. partner contracts
  • Prepare invoices based on enrollment data from university partners & internal systems

Required Qualifications

  • Experience working in the higher education enrollment & admissions is highly preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent education/experience; Master’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum ten (10) years of professional experience, five (5) of which ideally is in a service-oriented consulting or account management role
  • Excellent leadership, relationship building, negotiation, communication (written and oral), presentation, planning and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and proven project management experience with a history of delivering on schedule and within budget
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Ability to identify and propose new processes and procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to take the lead and work against resistance to accomplish goals
  • Ability to collaborate effectively on large scale projects with staff at all levels in a University or corporate setting

Job Type: Full-time: hybrid (can work from home 2 days a week; must be on-campus 3 days a week)

Salary: Will be discussed during the Interview process. This is an exempt position; overtime is not paid.
