The Inn at Canal Square is Hiring a Front Desk Representative Near Lewes, DE
The front desk representative is responsible for(but not limited to):
- Answering phones
- Taking guest reservations
- Assisting guests with restaurant or activity options
- Assisting guests with luggage when needed
- Responding to guest inquiries either via email or phone
- Attending guests with any problems they may have in the room
- Helping out in breakfast with set up or assisting the breakfast attendant
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the front desk and lobby area to keep it presentable for guests
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
