Responsibilities:

• Creates, organizes, plans, and presents various forms of onboarding, orientation, and skills training for employees.
• Provides hands-on training to all assistant, site, and area managers. 
• Constantly looking for new ways to get training to our front line employees.
• Develops unique training programs to keep employees engaged and continually developing. 
• Assists the Company in new site and acquisition opening - being a culture keeper and ensuring a consistent experience for employees and customers. 
• Assesses training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers and customer representatives.
• Works closely with Area and Site Managers to ensure training programs are effective and meeting their needs. 
• Creates training procedure guides and course materials.
• Presents training and development programs using various formats
• Maintains records of training and development activities, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
• Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
• Maintains knowledge of the latest trends in training and development.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Travel is a major part of this role. Although this position is based in Lehi, Utah, frequent travel throughout Idaho and Utah will be required, as frequently as 1-2 weeks per month during peak training times.

Requirements

Qualifications: 

• 1-3 years’ experience leading effective training / learning courses
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
• Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
• Ability to design and implement effective training and development. 
• Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software.

Physical Requirements: 

• This position is 50% in office, and 50% field work.
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.
• Ability to work outside in various weather conditions.
