Looking for a rewarding career opportunity in the healthcare industry? Our long-term care facility in Springfield, Ohio is seeking a compassionate and experienced State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) to join our team.

As an STNA at our facility, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and assistance to our residents. The perfect candidate for this position will be friendly, customer service-oriented, and have experience in long-term care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily care and assistance to residents, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Monitor and report changes in residents' health or behavior to the nursing team
  • Assist with activities of daily living, such as eating and mobility
  • Create a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents

Qualifications:

  • Active STNA license in the state of Ohio
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
