Spitz is currently seeking an Attorney for the Independence, Ohio office (moving from Beachwood shortly).

The key requirements for this position will be the ability to engage clients; speak well, demonstrate empathy, and work hard. We will consider all currently licensed attorneys irrespective of GPA or experience. While employment law experience will be seen as a positive, it is not a requirement.

  • Collaborate with EEOC investigators to provide evidence and support for cases
Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate should either be currently licensed to practice law, awaiting Ohio bar results, or scheduled to take the July Bar Exam
