We are currently looking for a **Mechanical Engineer** to join our team. We need someone who is deadline driven to oversee projects and to act as a link between various team members. This person will be responsible for providing technical authority and direction as the Engineer of Record for the development of plumbing designs studies and solutions and part of the integrated projects. We value passionate, down to earth can do people who enjoy fine-tuning small details without losing sight of the big picture.

**What you will be doing:**

* Prepare engineering documents in the form of study reports, drawings and specifications that may be stamped and signed, as required

* Prepare addendums, proposal requests and supplemental instructions for projects

* Provide mentoring and technical direction to designers and BIM/CAD technicians

* Coordinate communications in relation to mechanical and plumbing engineering with project team members, clients, and the Authority Having Jurisdiction

* Assist in quality assurance reviews for all project disciplines

* Cultivate client relationships and effectively communicate with internal and external customers

* Any other duties as assigned by Company Leadership

**What were looking for:**

* Bachelors Degree in Engineering plus 5 years of experience in MEP Mechanical/Plumbing engineering field

* Professional Engineering (PE) License required

* Ability to work under pressure while coordinating numerous construction projects

* OSHA Certification is a plus

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based programs

* Strong organization and time management skills
