Floral Customer Service Associate

Strange’s has a position opening for a floral customer service associate at the Mechanicsville location. The Floral Customer Service Associate is responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service per company standards and receiving/processing sales efficiently through POS systems. The essential candidate has outstanding customer service skills and maintains a positive attitude and professional demeanor. Pay rate to be discussed during the interview process.

Scheduling: *5 days/week @ 8 hours a day 8-5 PM

• must be available to work Saturdays

Job Responsibilities

• Issues receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers
• Greets and assists customers with their floral selections and shopping experience
• Assists in the preparation of sales displays
• Answers phones and completes POS transactions
• Takes customer orders both over the phone and in store
• Presents the customer with product information
• Wraps bouquets and gift baskets
• Stocks shelves and prices product
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management
