Job Overview:

An artist in Potomac, MD is seeking a personal support employee to work part time Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 6 hours each and occasional weekends. The range of hours is flexible and the position is available to those local to Montgomery County. The starting wage is $32.18 per hour with potential for raise after 90 day introductory period.

The most qualified candidate will have experience supporting people to be active in their community, facilitating relationships and larger circle of friends, shopping (developing personal item or art supply shopping list), provide budgeting support, support day to day independence, organize and upkeep living area, providing transportation to and from activities and appointments, and experience and/or motivation to connect to the art community.

Candidates must be female or identify as female due to the personal support nature of the position.

Flexibility with some medical needs that the woman experiences, including seizures, is essential (breaks, time off, etc.).
