Employer is seeking someone to work for them who is local to Howard County to facilitate connections in the theater community with the expectation of building a network and obtaining leads for employment.

Ideal candidates:

• Are connected to the theater community in Howard County or outside of yet very close to Howard County.
• Have the interest and ability to support a person to make connections with other people. This entails making direct contacts to people in the theater community by email, phone calls or social media to set up meetings, work in a discovery mode to determine potential work opportunities.
• Have experience as a job coach, teacher or supporting people in a volunteer role.
• Can work a schedule of: Hours are flexible on Tues, Wed, Thur, Sat or Sun, daytime and/or evening hours. Can be different schedule on different days. Anywhere between 10 to 40 hrs per week.

Compensation:

• $25 hour starting pay
• PTO available if more than 30 hours/week
• Mileage reimbursement of 65.5 cents per mile
• Uber costs covered when working for employer
• CPR / First Aid certification cost reimbursement

Requirements:

• CPR / First Aid Certification (in person or hybrid)
• Clear background check
• Professional reference check
