HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Monitor systems for security breaches.
• Develop and document security processes and procedures for the organization.
• Investigate, document, and report security breaches and take proper steps to resolve the incident after completing route cause analysis.
• Collaborate with IT team to respond to unwanted intrusions.
• Participate in company-wide security audits.
• Manage individual user accounts.
• Organize and execute cyber security training for new employees and annual refresher training.
• Complete customer' cyber security surveys and notify customers per customer' requirements.
• Identify and escalate issues requiring urgent attention.
• Assist with User Account Creation in Azure AD, assign licenses, enable MFA.
• You may support IT team by performing second-level technical assistance and support for incoming help desk queries on hardware/software systems and provide technical solutions.
• Make recommendations to management for security enhancements.

YOUR KEY ATTRIBUTES

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• You have at least five years of experience working in IT operations in a security analyst capacity.
• Cyber security related certifications are highly desired.
• You posess an excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems.
• You have strong critical thinking and decision-making skills and have excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize.
• You have a firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices.
• You have experience administering, supporting, and troubleshooting systems in a Microsoft-centric environment.
• You have experience with Azure cloud services, Microsoft 365 solutions, applications, and Power Automate scripting.
• You are able to demonstrate competency working with the following vendor platforms: Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure, AD, etc.), Ubiquity, and WatchGuard.
• Cloud-based ERP experience a plus.
• You are accountable and demonstrate integrity by delivering what is promised.

• You are a self-driven team player with a can-do attitude ready to step up and help others without being asked.
