Shifts and Hours:

• Full-Time: 10:00 pm to 6:00 am, Monday through Friday
• Part-Time: 6:00 pm to 6:00 am, Saturday and Sunday
• Availability: Must be available to work weekends

Job Summary:
Silver Shield Security Inc. is currently seeking dedicated and experienced Field Supervisors to join our team in Austin, TX. As a Field Supervisor, you will oversee the security operations and ensure a safe environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. You will work closely with corporate managers to assist with scheduling, roll call, site inspections, and emergency response. This role requires strong leadership, conflict management, and surveillance skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct day/night weekend site visits to inspect and supervise Security Officers in the field.
• Address escalation of "after-hours" calls to ensure sufficient coverage at customer sites.
• Collaborate with Corporate Managers to coach, counsel, discipline, train, and manage Security Officers.
• Conduct regular post inspections to ensure a professional image and quality standards are maintained.
• Respond to call-offs that occur during the Field Supervisor shift.
• Identify personnel problems and report them to corporate managers or HR.
• Administer disciplinary actions initiated by Corporate Managers or HR.
• Distribute information to posts as directed and ensure signed acknowledgments are returned to the office.
• Respond to client or site emergencies and ensure proper communication with Corporate Managers.
• Stand post on an as-needed basis in the event of an abandoned or open post.
• Maintain a working knowledge of all posts.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred.
• Active security license and relevant experience in the contract security industry.
• Experience with scheduling software like WinTeam is a plus.
• Law enforcement and/or military background is a plus.
• Experience in scheduling, operations, or other functions of the security industry is advantageous.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (no points in the last 3 years); car allowance/fuel reimbursement provided.
• Energetic and focused personality with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently while following branch office directions.
• Effective and concise report writing skills with neat, legible handwriting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
• Professional demeanor with good judgment and discretion.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact successfully at all levels within the organization and with clients.
• Willing to obtain a Level III security license and required equipment.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of customer service or security experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
