Exceed Electrical Contracting is Hiring Field Supervisors in our Austin Division!

Responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for the safety and field labor on assigned project.
• Quality electrical installation and mechanical abilities.
• Review and plan appropriate material procurement for assigned project.
• Ability to run a project according to planned productivity budget.
• Complete layout of electrical distribution, power, lighting, and all special systems for assigned project.
• Review project schedule daily with notations of any delays, changes, or deficiencies to the project management team.
• Supervise, evaluate and develop lead journeymen, journeymen, and apprentices.
• Lead by example and challenge all employees to achieve excellence.

Role Description:

This is a full time on-site role for a Field Supervisor. The Field Supervisor will oversee daily operations in the field, including managing and supervising field crews, ensuring safety regulations are followed, scheduling jobs, and monitoring project progress.

Salary: $40.00- 43.00 per hour

Qualifications:

• Must hold a Texas JW or Master’s License
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Demonstrated a working knowledge of the NEC.
• Must be proficient in Bluebeam and Microsoft Office
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must possess a High School Diploma or GED equivalency.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work full-time and overtime if required.
• Demonstrate ability to manage and understand project budget with project manager.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to see color to discern color-coded wiring.
• Prolonged periods standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders or scaffolding.
• Must be physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
