We are seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our growing Functional Medicine team! You will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of assigned patients in both the clinic and IV Therapy setting.

Responsibilities:

• Administer clinic nursing care in a clinical setting.
• Take patient history and vitals prior to office visit
  • Complete patient follow up/instructions after visit as directed
• Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
• Communicate with collaborating physician or specialists regarding patient care
• Answer patient questions via patient portal, on phone or face to face
• Maintain accurate electronic patient medical records
• Schedule patient appointments per template
• Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in nursing
• Preference for experience in a medical office/clinical setting or Functional Medicine experience
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment,
• Ability to work 16-24 hours per week.
• Previous experience with EMR
