DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Guest Relations Officer / Executive

• Take charge of all Golden Circle members and VIP guests.
• Provide assistance and support to guests in need.
• Actively engage with guests to elevate their overall satisfaction.
• Craft an extraordinary and memorable experience for every guest

F&B Hostess (Guest Service Agent)

• Support the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Deliver high-quality service.
• Ensure seamless functioning of the designated work section.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Cultivate an exceptional experience for our valued guests.

Butler / personal Host

• Provide personalized services to guests.
• Always around to attend to the needs of thew guests.
• Cooperate with different departments such as FO, F&B, Rooms to meet guest needs.
• Play a key role in organizing, arranging, and ensuring guets are made comfortable in the hotel.
