Regional Security Consulting (RSC) is looking to hire Event Staff for Special Events located at 4th ST LIVE! Louisville, Ky.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol areas to ensure safety of the premises.
• Monitor checkpoints and operate metal detectors.
• Conduct ID checks.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Handle customer complaints and incidents.
• Support the Security/Public Safety Team during large events, concerts, and festivals.
• Observe suspicious behavior and report to Public Safety/Security/Police.
• Report any incidents or potential threats.
• Monitor entrance and exit points for suspicious behavior and prevent unauthorized people from entering secure areas.
• Report unsafe conditions or inappropriate behavior.
• Ensure that work areas are kept clean and maintained safely.

Requirements and Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Committed and reliable.
• Ability to adapt and overcome to ever changing company and client needs, developments, and landscape.
• Prolonged periods standing/walking at a fixed post and/or foot patrols.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
