Results Property Management is Hiring a Turnaround Coordinator/Move In/Move-out Inspections/Maintenance Coordination Near Roseville, CA

We are seeking a skilled “Turn Around Coordinator“ - “Move-In and Move-Out Inspector” who is dedicated to join our team at Results Property Management.

As a leading property management company committed to delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards, we are looking for an experienced professional who can effectively manage our maintenance operations.

- Move-in/Move-Out Inspections

- Initial Inspections

- Annual Inspections

- Rent Readiness/showable

- RHIP Certification for Annual Inspections

- General maintenance/property knowledge

- Must be able to identify areas in need of repair, and water damage

- Oversee and manage all aspects of maintenance operations for our portfolio of properties.

- Work closely with Leasing Agent/Property Manager and Maintenance to Coordinate Move out inspections, Move in inspections. Assist in assigning maintenance tasks to maintenance coordinators and technicians, ensuring timely and efficient completion.

- Conduct regular inspections Move in, move out an annual inspections of properties to identify property readiness, maintenance needs, safety concerns, and areas for improvement. Take a thorough pictures and write inspection reports.

- Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure high-quality work, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to company standards.

- Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans and schedules to optimize property performance and minimize disruptions.

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during maintenance activities.

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and inventory.

- Collaborate with other departments, such as property management and leasing, to address maintenance-related issues promptly and effectively.

- Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Coordinator or Inspection experience in the property management or related field.

- Strong knowledge of maintenance principles, practices, and safety standards.

- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and technology.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with team members, vendors, and residents.

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or technical training are a plus.
