This position will provide administrative support to Executive Director by performing a variety of administrative, accounting and bookkeeping duties. An interesting and exciting opportunity in a successful suburban law firm, with varied responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Minimum of two years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting principles
Analytical Skills necessary to conduct complex analysis on various accounting problems
Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Must have ability to operate standard office equipment
Must be able and willing to perform administrative support as needed.
Law firm experience preferred.
