We are seeking a Front Of House Server/Cashier/Busser to become an integral part of our team! You will take orders and serve food to patrons at the dining establishment. Project BBQ is an OUTDOOR restaurant on Fremont Street under the canopy and is known for our coast to coast bbq. We are located right next to a stage that guest and employees can enjoy live entertainment for free while dining at our restaurant and while working!

Responsibilities:

• Serve food and beverages to guests
• Explain to guests about menu items
• Clean and prepare the dining areas
• Greet and make all guests feel welcome at the restaurant
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion
• Perform other restaurant duties as assigned
• Lifting and Stocking with being able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Managing cash, players card comps, room charges and credit card with sale transactions using our Square system
• Delivering orders to Circa Sports Book
• Answering phone calls, taking messages, and checking voicemails
• Showing team work by assisting other co-workers and management

• Previous experience in customer service, food service, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with guests
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Being able to work under loud conditions with multiple task while using good judgement considering all surroundings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
