"Poke Bar Dice & Mix" seeks dynamic team members for fast-casual service at its new location in Waikiki Beach Walk.(226 Lewers st.) The ideal candidate will also have leadership experience, ability to effectively manage a fast-casual concept, a can-do attitude, and an ownership mentality.

Poke is one of our most favorite traditional Hawaiian dish, and we have taken this classic dish and put several twists to it. We use ahi, salmon, kajiki, shrimp, octopus, scallop and tofu with different mixtures including seaweed, onions, kale and more to create a fresh, light, delicious meal. We believe not only the tourists from all over the world will love this new concept of Poke Bowls but also Kama'aina.

Team members are responsible for maintaining a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served quickly and efficiently. We take pride in our exceptional customer service and that depends entirely on each of our team members creating the friendly and efficient environment that our customers seek.

Duties for team members include, but are not limited to:

• Making poke bowls to order during service

• Offer exceptional and speedy customer service

• Uphold company food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements

• Opening/closing side work before and after service

• Working collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure the best possible experience for customers
