OTHSolutions is seeking a qualified individual to serve as a risk analyst for a government-sponsored critical infrastructure protection program.

Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Demonstrate technical aptitude to understand critical infrastructure risks using a variety of frameworks, such as MITRE ATT&CK, as well as the ability to summarize and communicate risks across a diverse set of stakeholder communities.
• Utilize both unclassified and classified sources to collect, exploit, and disseminate intelligence.
• Collect and evaluate the validity, accuracy, reliability, credibility and urgency of all information.
• Integrate a variety of data sources to develop products such as risk scenarios, quantitative risk analysis, impact assessments for real-time crisis response, security evaluations and gaps recommendations, risk visualizations/ heat map, risk statements and risk insights.
• Develop, integrate, and maintain people, process, and technology capabilities in support of risk analytics and modeling capability. Understand the importance of security controls and stay abreast of the critical infrastructure protection risk landscape.
• Brief operational planners on risk research and analysis results.
• Identify intelligence gaps and steps to mitigate them in alignment with intelligence requirements.
• Participate in relevant inter-agency and intra-agency working groups and forums.

Minimum qualifications required for the position include:

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field
• 5-8 years of experience conducting risk analysis on homeland security issues with a preference for this who have previously supported critical infrastructure protection programs
• Active Top Secret security clearance or in-scope SSBI
• Basic to intermediate familiarity with R and ArcGIS
• Willing to work onsite in Arlington, Virginia
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities at once
• Enjoys a team-oriented environment, but able to function independently
• Takes ownership of projects and can prioritize assignments without supervision
• U.S. citizenship required

Preferred qualifications include:

• Current DHS suitability
• General knowledge of, experience with and interest in homeland security or critical infrastructure protection risk management
