Job Overview:
We are seeking a Facilities Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the maintenance and operation of our facilities, ensuring a safe and functional environment for all occupants.
Job Tasks/Duties Example
Maintain and repair plumbing fixtures, furniture, woodwork, electrical systems,
appliances, HVAC systems and building structures.
Supervises water quality of swimming pools
Performs routine preventive maintenance tasks
Physical Requirement and Work Environment
Lifting 50 lbs
Extended walking and moving
Moving mechanical equipment
Weather conditions
Fumes, airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals
High noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud
Electrically energized equipment

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
