Candidates should be comfortable greeting prospective tenants and walking them through different apartment options. Responsibilities And Duties
- Greet potential tenants and walk them through various apartment options
- Work closely with a small team of motivated leasing professionals
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- 1 years of property or apartment leasing experience
- Outgoing customer service-oriented personality
- Daily access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license
- Full-time opportunity with outstanding benefits (all major insurance, 401k, pension etc)
- Earn a commission on top of your salary for each apartment you sell ($10k potential)
- Work with a small motivated team striving to create the best experience for tenants
- Health insurance operations are basically free of charge through the employer
