Responsibilities and Duties

• Market, sell, and rent homes to achieve business plans.
• Proactively generate and manage leads, maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
• Cultivate resident satisfaction, ensuring successful move-in follow-ups and generating referral sales.
• Collaborate with the team to develop community sales and marketing plans, attending regular strategy meetings.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 years of of car, insurance,B2B, or independent contractor/ 1099 sales experience
• Proven track record of success in meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
• Active drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle
