Well established, highly respected busy Nephrology Practice in Las Vegas area has IMMEDIATE FULL TIME position available for caring, compassionate, dedicated bilingual Front/Back Office Medical Assistant with a minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience in a doctor's office, urgent care to perform both front and back office duties. Bi-lingual (fluent Spanish) is required.
Ideal candidate will have:
- ability to multitask in a busy environment
- excellent customer service and telephone skills
- exceptional written and oral communication skills
- knowledge of front and back office operations
- knowledge of government and NV insurances, HIPAA and insurance requirements
- knowledge of medical terminology and ICD-10 coding procedures
- experience with electronic medical records
- completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program with National Certification (RMA or CMA, CCMA, NCMA) or eligible to be certified within 30 days of hire is required
- reliable transportation
Competitive salary and full benefit package including PTO after 90-day probation.
