Excellent Opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner to build a “Private” Practice from the security of employment! We will cover the office and operational overhead; you will practice in your own vision and enjoy a bonus structure/incentive plan offering the best of being in a private practice while employed.
Village Primary Care offers the ability to make a difference in an underserved community, while working in a vibrant, progressive, collaborative, and warm environment within the main campus at the Milford Wellness Village, located in Milford, Delaware. Our patient population is spread out with 26.4% under the age of 18, 44.3% from 18 to 64, and 20.6% who were 65 years of age or older. If you have a particular passion, we are happy to help you incorporate that into your practice. While working at VPC you will have the ability to develop your own practice style and a personal rapport with your patients. The NP must be committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for building our new patient base. We’re looking for a professional who is passionate about patient care. They will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting patient care, often times advising patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or providing case management.
