Milford Wellness Village is looking for someone with the skills and knowledge to join our maintenance team!
We have one part-time position available for 4 hours on weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and some evening hours during the week if needed.
Job Summary
The primary purpose of this job position is to maintain the grounds, facility and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards.
Responsibilities - some but not limited to:
- Painting and patching walls
- Replace light bulbs and fixtures
- Minor electrical and plumbing repairs
- Tour grounds to inspect and document
- Fix and inspect equipment
- Check and complete tasks that are placed in maintenance care on a daily basis
