Job Summary: The Administrative Receptionist is a front desk position and responsible for several job functions
Essential Responsibilities including but not limited to:
The Administrative Receptionist position requires the knowledge and use of a personal computer, 10 key calculators. The person in this position is task and detail oriented, can follow precise directions and is computer literate. They must be able to work independently with little supervision being able to complete tasks assigned daily. Great customer service skills, internal and external, are a must. Must be able to speak, understand and write the English language. A valid, Driver’s License is required along with a good driving record. The Driver’s License must be always maintained. Must have knowledge of basic computer applications. Must attend all required Anheuser-Busch and Nevada Beverage Company training courses. The ability to sit, stand, and walk is required as well as minimal lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally. The work environment characteristics are representative of those found in a normal office environment with low to moderate noise level.
Education and Experience:High School diploma required and 1 year of front desk experience required.
