MARCH is looking for diverse applicants to join our Dogpatch warehouse team in San Francisco.

Full Time Position

Monday - Friday 8:30am to 4pm

No overnight or weekend shifts available.

MARCH (www.marchsf.com) provides art, objects, and utility for the home, and specializes in kitchen and entertaining tabletop, decor, and furniture. We have one location in San Francisco's Pacific Heights, a robust E-Commerce store, and one warehouse in the Dogpatch. Our warehouse services both the store and website, and receives and ships inventory for both.

We are looking for a detail oriented person with initiative to work at our warehouse with our small shipping team, handling all shipping & receiving and support duties for our store and e- commerce business under the direction of the Warehouse Manager.

This position requires frequent lifting of heavy products, use of tall ladders, and is a physical job where you are on your feet most of the day. We are a small and very close knit team, which makes the ability to communicate and work with others, take direction from management, and be open to learning the unique way in which our warehouse operates integral for being successful in this role.

E-commerce / warehouse experience is a plus, but not required. Reliability, a positive attitude, an eye for detail, a willingness to learn and take direction, basic computer skills, and great communication and team work skills are valued above all.

Requirements:

Experience in shipping & receiving a plus, but not required

Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds

Ability to be on feet most of the day

Positive, can do attitude and ability to multitask

Basic computer skills (Mac preferred) Gmail, and quick to learn new systems

Proficient typing skills and communication skills both written and verbal

Responsibilities:

Receive inventory with eye for detail and accuracy

Restock and organize inventory on tall shelving with ladders

Pick, pack, and process customer orders for shipping

Gift wrapping for web and store sales

Pulling items for transfers

Warehouse maintenance and clean-up
