Man of War is Hiring a Client Service Coordinator Near Boca Raton, FL

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Client Service Coordinator to join our team! The Client Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing client inquiries, coordinating services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Client Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Provide prompt and courteous responses to client inquiries, demonstrating a commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information, clarify requirements, and address any issues or concerns.

Service Coordination:

  • Coordinate the delivery of services to clients, ensuring that all requests are handled efficiently and accurately.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and service visits based on client needs and availability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client requests are fulfilled in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Documentation and Record-Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including inquiries, service requests, and resolutions, using our CRM system.
  • Generate reports on client activity, service requests, and customer satisfaction metrics as needed.
  • Organize and maintain client files and documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Client Support:

  • Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the service delivery process, keeping them informed of progress and addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
  • Proactively follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with services rendered and to identify opportunities for improvement.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Assist with administrative tasks related to client service operations, such as processing paperwork, preparing invoices, and maintaining client billing records.
  • Help to develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to streamline client service operations and improve overall effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service, client relations, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Discord applications and experience with CRM systems or similar software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, customer-focused mindset, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients.
