Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Education
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN/ASN)
- License/Certification/Registration
- Current MN RN License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Providers
- Experience
- 1 year of Emergency Room/Med Surg RN experience OR 120 hour capstone/immersion/preceptorship in an Emergency Room
- Additional Requirements
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification within one year of hire
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- License/Certification/Registration
- Certification by the Emergency Nurses Association (CEN) and/or course in advanced trauma nursing (CATN)
- Experience
- 1 year of Emergency Department or critical care experience
