Licensed Property & Casualty Customer Service Representative
Must have 3 years experience as a NY Licensed P&C Agent. Additional State Licenses a plus, but not required.
Must Have experience with "EZlynx " management System.
Must be able to service Personal & Commercial clients including: Documenting all transactions; Quoting with Agency required limits; Completing, in full detail, all Agency required change forms; Generate Binders, ID cards & Certificates; Answer phone calls and respond to all emails and messages in a timely manner.
Must have experience working with Erie Insurance and New York Central Mutual.
Must work in fast paced environment, type 40wpm, be organized, and motivated to succeed. Positive personalities only!
