Franchise Business Consultant

Preferred Location: New Jersey, New York City area, or Philadelphia Area

MUST RESIDE IN ONE OF THESE AREAS

Responsibilities:

● Conduct thorough business analysis to identify areas for improvement and growth

● Analyze financial data and performance metrics to assess business performance

● Perform well-planned, purposeful, high-impact visits with franchisees

● Collaborate with franchisees to understand their business goals and objectives

● Cultivate a strong working relationship with franchisees

● Support company initiatives, working diligently to encourage adoption

● Share direct observations, coach for commitments, and provide follow-up support

● Provide expert advice and guidance on business development strategies

● Share trends with the field leadership team to inform cross-functional continuous

improvement initiatives

Requirements:

● Bachelor degree

• MUST HAVE FIELD FRANCHISE SUPPORT EXPERIENCE

● Must be willing to travel to visit franchise locations in a geographic area

● Takes the initiative to deliver outstanding support, especially in challenging situations;

excellent solution skills

● Proven experience in project management, business development, or business analysis

● Deeply Collaborative, working closely with partners and collaborating with new ideas

● Strategic and innovative thinking, finding new ways to support growth opportunities

● Excellent communication and presentation skills

● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

● Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset

● Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
