Monson Lawn & Landscaping is Hiring a Lawn Care Crew Leader Near South Saint Paul, MN
Monson Lawn & Landscaping is growing and we need to hire another lawn care crew leader. This is a full time position, and will also turn into a snow plowing position in the winter.
Qualifications/requirements:
Minimum 2 years of lawn care/mowing experience
Clean driving record (2 violations or less)
18 Years of age or older
Ability to show up on time
Ability to work 10 hour days
Ability to lift 80 lbs
Job duties:
Manage employees on your crew
Show up for work on time, every day
Load trailers with proper equipment
Sharpening blades and light equipment maintenance
Travel from site to site and provide top quality lawn mowing services for each customer
New hire will train for 2 weeks with one of our current crew leaders, and then will take over his/her own route.
Benefits include; Flexible time off, PTO as required by local law, 401k, 401k matching after 6 months of employment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
