Summary: This position is responsible for providing administrative support for the quality and training function. The individual will be the chief administrator of the Talent Management System (TMS). The individual will provide assistance in the maintenance of talent records for individuals. He or she will prepare the training records for new hires and individuals changing jobs. He or she will also maintain the integrity of the updated Area Work Instructions and Quality Work Instructions as managers update the documentation.
