Lollipop Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics is Hiring a Facilities Assistant Near Tustin, CA
We are seeking a diligent and proactive Facilities Assistant to join our team. The Facilities Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing support to various departments as needed. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Description of Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the facilities, including offices, common areas, warehouses, and restrooms.
- Perform regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance and repair needs and report issues to the regional manager.
- Assist in coordinating and overseeing maintenance, repairs, and renovations conducted by external vendors.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies, office supplies, and other facility-related items.
- Assist in setting up and organizing meeting rooms, onboarding and event spaces as needed
- Provide general administrative support to various departments, including sorting and distributing mail, and filing documents.
- Respond to facility-related inquiries and requests from employees in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with the implementation and enforcement of safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Regional manager
- Receive and manage all incoming packages and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution, to the appropriate departments
- Prior experience in facility maintenance, custodial services, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic computer skills.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
