The Role:
As an In Home Sales Associate, you are the face of Maine & Maryland Community Solar, playing a crucial role in expanding the reach of our solar programs. You will be the driving force behind our mission to connect residents and businesses with our state-supported solar solutions, making a real difference in people’s lives and the environment.
Your Mission:
- Engage with the community through face-to-face interactions, presenting the benefits of joining community solar projects.
- Identify and target potential customers, building meaningful relationships and expanding our customer base.
- Explain the specifics of various solar programs, tailoring your approach to meet individual needs.
- Collaborate with our team to develop innovative sales strategies and achieve targets.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in solar technology and state-backed initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:

- Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for persuasive communication.

- Prior experience in outside sales (preferred, but not mandatory).
